What We're Looking For

The DTIC is seeking innovative ideas that leverage digital technologies to address challenges and opportunities in military healthcare. We are particularly interested in projects that:

  • Align with the MHS Digital Transformation Strategy: Your proposal should clearly demonstrate how it supports the MHS's goals for digital transformation, such as improving interoperability, enhancing patient care, and developing a digitally competent workforce.
  • Have Tactical and Strategic Impact: We are looking for solutions that can be implemented at both the tactical level (e.g., improving patient care in a specific clinic) and the strategic level (e.g., influencing policy or improving system-wide outcomes).
  • Generate Measurable Data: Your submission should include a plan for generating measurable and comparable preliminary data to support the feasibility and potential impact of your proposed solution.
  • Demonstrate Feasibility and Scalability: We are interested in ideas that can be realistically implemented and scaled to benefit a wider population within the MHS.
  • Exhibit Innovation and Novelty: We encourage you to think outside the box and propose novel solutions that have the potential to transform military healthcare.
